Objective: To create marketing and communications strategy and implementation plans for the year that aligned to the overall company strategy and to prioritise work for managers and their teams.
Activity: Management and facilitation of a 2 day off-site residential event for 10 senior managers to focus on strategic planning of annual objectives, work prioritisation and team building.
Services: Pre-event analysis of desired outcomes and agenda planning; profiling group to assess individual needs; objective setting to including specific and underlying objectives; full facilitation of event plus on-site management and organisation; note taking; reporting and event evaluation; on going check of progress of action implementation.
Outcome: All objectives achieved; strategy for year agreed and work prioritised accordingly. Action plan formulated and implemented on schedule.
