Orange and Peppers & Rogers Consultancy Group - 'Futures' Technology Forum

Objective: To share knowledge, understanding and ideas generation for future technology development for the Telecoms industry in 21st century

Activity: Management and facilitation of a 1 day innovation forum for 80 key European telecom experts - hosted by Orange Telecom.

Services: Pre-event analysis of desired outcomes and planning content and speakers; agenda planning and co-ordination of facilitation group; profiling attendees co-ordinating marketing of event; objective setting to include specific and underlying objectives; full facilitation of event and on site organisation; note taking, reporting and event evaluation.

Outcome: Smooth management of the whole event, maintaining engagement of a large and often competitive audience and ensuring enthusiastic input into group and breakaway sessions. Actions were taken forward for future development by Orange and PRG.

Value: Tight control and management of this large event with over 80 high value subject matter experts. Kept pace, engagement and interaction throughout by allowing experts to focus on being experts and facilitators to focus on running the event.
