Devon Innovation Management Programme

The Devon and Cornwall Business Council (DCBC), working in partnership with experienced business growth consultants 'Optimise4', has developed a prestigious Innovation Management Development Programme for select Devon businesses.

This programme aims to ensure that Devon-based businesses with innovative ideas and a willingness to grow are fully equipped to ensure their success, and are able to effectively respond to the changes being experienced in the current market. Although thinking in innovative ways may come naturally to many entrepreneurs, understanding how best to commercialise innovation and at what point a suitable return can be realised can be a challenge. Entrepreneurs are also often too busy concentrating on the 'day job' to investigate sometimes simple ways of improving, or increasing their business.

The programme is designed to provide the opportunity to take time out to reflect on the current business environment and to consider the ways that innovation could help propel a business forward, during the programme access will be provided to a range of business experts.

There are many seminars out there that can be interesting to go along and listen to. But this programme is designed to provide attendees with strategies that will drive tangible business results.
