Sonia Parsons - Director

Sonia has 15 years experience in bid strategy and management, with specialist skills in writing winning business proposals. She is highly results-driven and has built up considerable experience in business development, particularly within the finance sector.

Her experience includes setting up and running a team of senior bid managers at First Data, creating complex tenders for multi-million euro business with major banks across EMEA. Most recently she worked for several years within senior management at KPMG, establishing a robust bid management process, improving win rates and coaching proposal strategy and presentation skills.
