Winning tenders workshops

Optimise4 is pleased to offer interactive training designed to bring about a step change in the way you respond to tenders. A series of one day workshops (entry level, intermediate and advanced*) we will be sharing with you our skills, knowledge and insights from many years of successful tendering - coaching you in the techniques that have brought our clients fast and impressive results.

Entry Level
Aimed at those who have not been involved in completing tender documents, or those with limited experience who need a comprehensive understanding of what is involved and expected. This workshop will help you:

  • Understand the steps involved in responding to an invitaition to tender
  • Appriciate what a good response looks like and what's expected
  • Enhance your ability to drive out key messages
  • Improve your answers to get maximum scores
  • Bid for contracts with confidence!

Intermediate Level
Aimed at those who have been involved in some way with preparing tender documents but are not getting the results they want or are simply keen to further improve and learn from others. This workshop will help you:

  • Recognise the elements you do well at and develop those you need to improve
  • Understand what a winning bid looks like
  • Provide a structured approach to creating documents and preparing presentations
  • Provide the tools you need to successfully manage a proposal team
  • Increase your win rate!

Cost of one day workshop is 195 GBP per delegate and include refreshments, lunch and a take-away pack of guidelines for your use on future tenders.
